We will first begin with a conversation about your needs and what type of pet(s) you have. Then I like to set up an in-home meeting so I can meet your pet(s) to make sure it is a good fit. Get to know them, make sure they are comfortable with me. If need be, sometimes I will do a trial overnight just to get to know your pet and build trust. Especially if you will be on a long vacation. This all depends on what type of service you are looking for.
Yes, for extended in-home overnight services for 3 or more days. Since I will be blocking that time for you on my calendar, I will need a small deposit that will be deducted from your total amount charged. Should you need to cancel, depending on the situation, I would require at least a weeks' notice, if possible. Refund of a deposit will be on a case-by-case basis. I do understand that things come up and trips need to be cancelled.
Yes! To protect you and me. I have General Liability and
Animal Bailee – Animals in Your Care, Custody or Control. I can provide proof of Insurance.
Yes! The longer the stay the more you save. I also offer discounts to repeat clients.
For check in services, it would be local to Honesdale/Prompton area. Overnights and longer stays I can go around a 20-mile radius from Honesdale.
Yes. If I have the opening, I will absolutely come feed, walk or hang out with your fur baby if you have an emergency and need to leave home. Or a last-minute baseball game out of town.
